SDB Christmas Wish List Part 2: For the Zen Seeker

Time for part 2 of my Christmas wish list, and this time around, it’s my selection of goodies for those of us who seek peace and tranquility in our lives. I’m constantly lusting after scented candles or body treatments, and after trawling the shops I’ve got a few pickings that will get you foraging for the matches and running the bath…

First up is Diptyque’s selection of festive candles: featuring orange chai, pine wood and Indian incense, these gorgeous scents also come in stunning cases; sparkly, coloured with s good dose of festiveness without the reindeer-fairisle overkill most Christmas candles have. Diptyque’s candles last for ages, and the smell lingers through a house in a matter of seconds. A MUST for those that love to hibernate!
Next up is the Jo Malone Christmas Home Collection; containing a candle in the legendary Blackberry and Bay scent, a fragrant sachet for clothes drawers in Pear and Freesia, Lime and Basil and Mandarin room spray and a diffuser in Pomegranate Noir, this set allows you to transform your home into a temple of relaxation. Good value at £140 considering the content (all the products are full sized and NOT minis), Jo Malone has once again made it onto my Christmas wish list.

Next up is Dior’s answer to sexy, silky beautifully scented skin; the DIOR J’adore dry silky body oil. Massage it anywhere for a sleek, moisturising finish with the signature sensual scent of the legendary Dior J’adore perfume. Beautiful packaging and long-lasting, this is for the spa diva who loves luxury. It retails for £41, cheaper than its perfume counterpart, and, dare, I say, sexier?

Finally, perhaps my favourite of the bunch, is the Laura Mercier Body and Bath Luxe Quartet in Crème Brulée. If you know me well, you will know that I adore the hand cream of this scent by LM, and to see them come out with a bargain price set of a scrub, bubble bath, body cream and candle all of the heavenly scent is a dream come true! At only £60 pounds this is a huge steal, as individually the scrub alone is £36! I have a feeling these will be selling out pretty pronto..
